STEP ONE Our team of Brokers work closely with you to identify your staffing needs. Once we know the type of person you are looking for and the skills they will need, we match this to our pool of pre-screened young people. We will always give you a choice of applicants, so you can be sure you're getting the right person for the job. If we can't find a suitable candidate, we will advertise your vacancy free of charge. |

STEP TWO You interview from the shortlist, you select and you always have final say. |

STEP THREE After around four weeks, once the Apprentice has settled in and you are happy with their performance, we will introduce a local training organisation or college who will provide skills training to the Apprentice. We want to ensure that this training reflects what you need, so our brokers will keep in weekly contact to ensure you are happy with the Apprentice and the service we provide. |

THE RIGHT PRICE It's highly cost-effective, our matching service is totally free. Choosing a skilled and experienced Apprentice from us will save you around two-thirds against typical recruitment agency fees. It will cost you only £160 per week, for an Apprentice aged 16-18! Compare that to typical recruitment agency fees of £400+ per week! We don't even ask for a lengthy commitment. You take an Apprentice for as long as you need, all we ask is that the initial assignment is more than four weeks. And after as little as 16 weeks, should you decide to employ the Apprentice directly, there won't be any extra fees or charges. That's the way we work – and we think it's better for everyone; for you, your business and your Apprentice.
