Who are we?
The Apprenticeship Works, partner of the BCTG Group, specialise in Apprenticeships for young people aged 16 – 24. We are a Flexi-job Apprenticeship Agency and work with Employers across the West Midlands and further afield, we are able to offer a wide range of Apprenticeships across a variety of employment sectors, including Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, Warehousing, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing and more.
These opportunities are the ideal pathway for those young people who prefer the idea of more hands-on practical work while studying for a qualification and employers that would like to develop an apprentice through their journey.
We employ the apprentice, so our employers don’t have to deal with all the hassle such as wages, holidays and paperwork, while still remaining in control of all decisions throughout the process.
