Brief overview of the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice within an Accounts Department. You will be required to work as part of a team to process sales, data entry, admin and provide a quality customer service.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to learn, has excellent attention to detail and can work independently as well as a team.

The job in accounts would entail:

  • Taking calls
  • Answering customer or supplier queries
  • Scanning
  • Use of Sage to process sales and purchase invoices
  • Chasing proforma payments via email and phone
  • Some HR duties
  • Use of spreadsheets
  • Other admin duties

Assisting with work in dispatch will be:

  • Raise advice notes on sage
  • Book out deliveries using various courier platforms
  • Dealing with customer calls and emails
  • Scanning job cards

A good level of Maths is required due to the nature of some of the work.

Working week

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (half hour unpaid lunch)

Total hours per week: 40.00

Weekly wage £220

Training to be Given:

Business Administration Level 3

This course is delivery in the workplace with a mix of blended learning and online modules.
