Brief Overview of the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to become a Customer Service Apprentice with a well-established firm of Solicitors. Offering support to reception staff with greeting clients and admin duties, progressing to becoming more involved in the day to day running of the office.

Duties to Include:

  • Supporting the telephonist/receptionist in answering external telephone calls and the greeting of clients.
  • Photocopying/scanning and filing of documents
  • Opening, sorting and distributing mail, including taking post to the local post office and, on occasions, delivering post in Aldridge Town Centre.
  • Accurate typing
  • Opening files
  • Ordering property searches
  • Carrying out ID and Money Laundering checks on clients

Desired Qualifications:

GCSE Maths & English C/4 or higher (or equivalent)

Working Week/Wage:

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm with an hour unpaid lunch

Total hours per week = 35

£4.81 per hour = £168.35

Training to be Given:

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 (or Level 3 if Level 2 already gained)

This course will run alongside the apprenticeship in the workplace.
